  • Unattended Orders: If the delivery driver is unable to reach you or gain access to the delivery location within a reasonable time frame, the order may be marked as delivered or cancelled without a refund.

5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of freshly prepared food items, special conditions apply to cancellations and refunds:

  • Cancellations: Orders once placed and sent to the kitchen for preparation cannot be cancelled or modified.
  • Returns: Fresh food items cannot be returned once delivered.
  • Refunds/Replacement: Refunds or replacements will only be considered under the following circumstances:
    • Incorrect item delivered.
    • Food items damaged or spilled significantly during transit.
    • Order completely missing.
  • Reporting Issues: Any issues regarding your order must be reported to our customer support within 1 hour of delivery with clear photo/video evidence. Refunds, if approved, will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

6. Food Safety & Consumption

  • Food is freshly prepared for immediate consumption.
  • We strongly advise consuming the food immediately upon delivery. We are not responsible for food spoilage, degradation of quality, or health issues resulting from improper storage, delayed consumption, or reheating after delivery.
